WOOL FELT

Short description

CERAMIC FIBER PLATE/BOARD

HEAT-RESISTANT, FIREPROOF, AND FLAMEPROOF TECHNICAL TEXTILE FELT

Ceramic fiber boards are used in furnaces, boilers, and many other thermal insulation applications due to their low thermal conductivity and low heat storage.

Ceramic Fiber Board is a high-strength board produced in standard thicknesses by compressing ceramic fiber boards using various binders.

Ceramic fiber boards are lightweight, high-strength, homogeneous materials that can be used up to 1430°C. * Due to their low thermal conductivity and low heat storage, ceramic fiber boards are used in furnaces, boilers, and many other applications.

Ceramic fiber boards are lightweight, high-strength, homogeneous materials that can be used up to 1600°C.

Due to their low thermal conductivity and low heat storage, ceramic fiber boards are used in furnaces, boilers, and many other applications.

Technical Date :

These felts are composed of 20% to 70% wool, with the remainder being synthetic. This ratio can vary depending on your final product goals. Wool is a natural fiber with excellent insulating properties, making it warm and soft. It is also naturally flame retardant, moisture-wicking, and biodegradable. The material is also durable due to the synthetic fibers, which help prevent shrinkage and maintain color to maintain a consistent shape.

By combining the fibers, the material is not only soft and warm, but also strong and less likely to tear and rip than 100% wool felt. These wool blend felts are very comfortable to use for any product requiring comfort, can be durable, and are also easy to clean.

Industrial wool felt is preferred over natural and synthetic felts for its environmental friendliness and durability. It can be produced in various thicknesses, densities, and hardnesses depending on the intended use.

Wool felt, thanks to its natural structure, has a wide range of uses in many sectors.

Wool felt’s natural structure, waterproofing, and insulating properties make it an indispensable material in both industry and daily life.

It is a compressed material made from natural wool and is used in many different areas.

Areas of Use and Application:

In the machinery and automotive sectors, it is used in vibration, heat, and sound insulation, lubricating wicks and gaskets, dust and dirt-retaining filters, gaskets, sealants, and wicks to prevent wear on machine parts. In buildings and vehicles, it is used as an insulation material. It is used in liquid and air filters, vehicle interior coatings and sound insulation panels, cleaning cloths, polishing felts. In textiles and fashion, it is used in the production of hats, bags, wallets, belts, shoes, and slippers. It is also used in accessories and decorative products. It is used as lining for coats, jackets, vests, and gloves. It is used in jewelry and accessory production. It is used in furniture and interior design as floor and wall coverings. It is used as non-slip felt under chair and table legs. It is used in home and interior design in carpet and rug production. It is used in wall panels and acoustic insulation. It is used as a protective layer under furniture legs. It is used in table and chair covers. It is used as felt in the hammer materials of pianos and percussion instruments in musical instruments. It is used in acoustic panels for sound insulation. In sports and as a hobby, it is used as under saddle felt in horse riding, in archery target panels in bow hunting, in handicrafts and toys made of felt, in arts and crafts as felt decorations in toys, dolls, key chains, wall ornaments, felt paintings, paintings and sculptures, in health, personal care, natural products as orthopedic insoles and warm insoles, in massage and therapy products, as a natural protector against skin diseases such as eczema, in exercise and yoga mats, in posters, in the elevator industry, in applicators, in acid-resistant packings, in mirror polishing, in blankets, flags, pennants, billiard table covers, as a sharpening felt, in paint and varnish applications, in polishing tools, in coating cracked knife boxes, in the leather industry, in seamless belts, in knee pads, in upholstery, in smoke detectors, in sleeves, in clothing, in granite polishing, in noise blockers, in air compressors. It is used in many areas and sectors, including lubricants, stamps, marking tips, the welding industry, the jewelry industry, bearing parts, marble polishing, the medical industry, grip tapes, the ironing industry, vacuuming, oil filters, oil scrapers, as a lubricating felt, and the sanding industry.

Because felt is a natural, durable, and versatile material, it has a wide range of uses in various sectors.
