PREOX Felts
Preoxidized PAN fiber needle felts are a composite of mechanically needled, preoxidized and thermally stabilized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers (Preox fibers).
Preox felts can be used as a fiberglass-free flame retardant fleece.
Preox fiber is physiologically and toxicologically absolutely harmless and very kind to the skin.

Technical Date :
Application temperature is up to 900 °C
Thickness is 3- 6 mm
- Not melting and not dripping
- Flame retardant, high LOI value
- From approx. 600-700 °C the fiber decomposes into CO2 after approx. 15-20 minutes
- Particularly skin-friendly (no fiberglass), very soft and extremely light
- Physiologically and toxicologically absolutely harmless, odorless
- Good heat resistance at extremely high temperatures
- Excellent insulating and soundproofing
- Electrically non-conductive
It can be easily cut with scissors or textile motor.

Passenger Transport Seats, Work Clothes, Work Clothes Accessories (gloves, cuffs, headgear, trousers and jackets) and Fireproof felt for Vehicle, Cinema seats.
Used in Railways, Seaways, Airlines and Highways (passenger transport seats),
Cinemas and conference halls.
