CARBON FELT

Short description

CARBON FELT

CARBON FIBER FABRIC/CARBON FIBER REINFORCEMENTS

IT IS A PERFECT FIRE-RETARDANT HEAT SHIELD THAT IS HIGH HEAT RESISTANT, FIREPROOF, AND NON-FLAMABLE.

It is a highly efficient adsorption and insulation material.

It has high electrical conductivity and high strength.

Excellent adsorption, low density.

Thermal insulation. Carbon felt has low coefficient of thermal conductivity, low thermal capacity, low density, high temperature resistance and heat shock resistance.

I’m lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. Although lightweight and high strength, it can increase the surface strength of composite materials.

It is environmentally friendly with its good adsorption capacity. It has good adsorption properties for inorganic gases.

Description

Technical Date :

Carbon felt is black in color.

Made from 100% pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber.

It is completely fireproof and an excellent fire retardant.

It is drip-free and has very low smoke emissions.

It can also be used as a fire blanket as it is fire resistant to temperatures around 800°C.

It has good chemical resistance, especially against alkalis, diluted acids and solvents.

It is also produced with an aluminum foil coating.

Aluminum is used as a good heat reflector and also increases the ambient brightness.
