ALUMINUM FOIL – AluPES COATED

Short description

FIREPROOF-NON-FLAMMABLE TECHNICAL FABRICS

GLASS FIBER WOVEN FABRICS

Aluminum Foil, AluPES Coated

Thermal Textiles are Fireproof Fabrics needed up to 500 °C temperature in industrial areas and used in all Heat, Sound and Fire Insulation.

The base material for the vast majority of heat-resistant and composite textiles is produced from 6 – 9 micron ‘E’ – Fiberglass filaments, which are purchased together to make rovings or yarns.

Aluminum foil coatings are made to reflect the fabric with heat and to protect against radiant heat.  PU and Silicone adhesives are used in laminations.

  1. Aluminum Pes Coated (PE film coated Aluminum foil laminated)
    2. Aluminum Foil Coated (Pure Aluminum laminated)
    3. Aluminum Transfer Foil Coated (Aluminum bonded with transfer technique for dress use)

varieties are available.

Features: Aluminum transfer foil coated fabrics are produced  with a special technique .

Alufoil or Aluminum foil coated fabrics:  aluminum foil is adhered to the fabric by lamination and used for industrial purposes.

In addition, silicone or pu coating is applied to the other side of the glass fiber
