Aerogel Valve Jacket is an ultra-light and ultra-thin insulation material produced with the latest aerogel technology. It is environmentally friendly and chloride-free. Thanks to its stainless steel travelers, the product quality is unmatched. The lowest usage temperature is -180 °C, and the highest use temperature is 650 °C.

Properties:
*Aerogel valve jackets are coated with 120 gr/m² silicone on an ultra-thin, ultra-light and environmentally friendly fabric.
* High water resistance is provided.
* Thanks to its stainless steel travelers, a unique product quality is offered.
* The thickness of the valve jackets starts from 6.5 mm and reaches a thickness of 21.5 mm with a single piece of aerogel. In this way, superior thermal performance values are provided.
*Aerogel valve jackets can be used from -180 °C to 650 °C. With these features, they are an ideal option for industrial use.
*It is offered in different sizes and options with 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm aerogel insulation thickness options.
* It features LoDust, an innovative dust-reducing technology.
* It is safe for the environment and does not contain chloride.
* Silica aerogel materials are found in nature and do not contain any harmful or dangerous chemicals. It is not biodegradable, so its disposal is carried out in accordance with the regulations of our country.
